Built for the people
clients trust with their numbers
NumbersForClients makes client calculators for US accounting and advisory firms. We think the best tool is one that lets a client answer the simple question themselves, and brings the harder one to a professional with the facts already in hand.
What is NumbersForClients?
A service that provides 78 client-facing tax, retirement, investment, business and household calculators for firms to embed on their own websites, branded as the firm's, using sourced 2026 US figures, with optional lead capture that sends the client's inputs and results to the firm.
Why we built it
Firms answer the same estimate questions every season: what will my paycheck be, do I have to take an RMD, how much self-employment tax should I set aside. Each answer is short, but together they fill the phone lines in the busiest months.
Meanwhile, the calculators available to firms were either generic, dated, or branded as someone else's. We wanted tools a firm would be comfortable putting its name on: accurate, sourced, clear about their limits, and designed to start a conversation rather than replace it.
Five principles
Every figure has a source
One table of 2026 figures, each with its tax year and IRS or SSA source, used by every calculator and page.
Estimates, labeled as such
Calculators state what they leave out. Advice stays with the firm.
The firm's brand, not ours
Clients should see their CPA or adviser, not a vendor.
No invented proof
We don't publish reviews, statistics or customer logos we can't verify.
Every client, every device
Six languages, accessible, and responsive down to small phones.
