Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (and the firm you represent) and NumbersForClients. By using the website or the app, you accept them. If you use the service for a firm, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
The service
We provide client-facing calculators, embedding tools, lead capture, a contact list, webhooks, analytics and related features, as described on the website. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce a paid plan’s core features during a paid term without notice.
Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity in your account and for your team members’ use of it. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use.
Plans, billing and trials
- Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change for future terms with notice.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for ongoing access to that plan while the service is offered.
- Paid plans may include a free trial; one trial per firm. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and you are charged.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Calculators are not advice
Calculators produce estimates from the inputs entered and the figures and assumptions stated. They are not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice and do not create a professional relationship between us and anyone. You are responsible for any advice your firm gives, for reviewing the calculators you publish, and for your advertising, disclaimers and regulatory obligations (for example Circular 230, state board rules, the SEC Marketing Rule or FINRA rules). Your content and data
You own your firm’s content, settings and the leads your calculators capture. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and deliver them to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notices for collecting end users’ information through your calculators, and for honoring their requests. We process that information as your service provider under our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, mislead consumers, send spam, infringe rights, upload malicious code, probe or overload our systems, resell the service without agreement, or scrape or copy the calculators or this website’s content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.
Intellectual property
The service, calculators, software and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages; you may not copy substantial portions of our content without permission.
Third-party services
Webhooks, CRMs, website builders and payment processors are provided by others and governed by their terms. We are not responsible for them.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimize disruption.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that calculators are free of error or suitable for a particular client. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may cancel any time in Billing. We may suspend or terminate for material breach or unpaid fees, with notice where practical. On termination, you can request export of your data for a reasonable period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state identified in your order or, if none, the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you other rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version with a new date and, for material changes, notify account owners.
