Leads go where
your team already works

Every calculator lead can be posted as JSON to a URL you choose: a HighLevel inbound webhook, a Zapier or Make scenario, or your own CRM endpoint.

In short

How do I send calculator leads to my CRM?

On Firm or Network, add a webhook URL to a calculator (or to all of them). When a client submits the lead form, the platform posts a JSON payload with the contact details, calculator name, page and every input and result to that URL. Use a HighLevel inbound webhook, a Zapier catch hook, a Make webhook or your own endpoint.

Destinations

Common destinations

HighLevel

Use an inbound webhook trigger in a workflow to create the contact, tag it and start follow-up.

Zapier

A 'Catch Hook' trigger receives the lead; send it to your CRM, Sheets or practice management tool.

Make

A custom webhook module receives the JSON for any scenario you build.

Your endpoint

Any HTTPS URL that accepts a JSON POST.

Payload

What the payload includes

Field groupContents
ContactFirst and last name, email, phone, message, consent
CalculatorCalculator name and identifier, language
InputsEvery field label and the value entered
ResultsEvery result label and value shown
ContextHost page URL, embed mode, timestamp

Field names are shown in the app when you add a webhook; map them once in your CRM.

HighLevel

HighLevel in five minutes

  1. Create a workflow

Add the 'Inbound Webhook' trigger and copy its URL.

  2. Paste the URL in the app

On the calculator's settings, add the webhook.

  3. Send a test lead

Submit the form on your site so HighLevel can read the fields.

  4. Map fields

Create or update the contact with name, email and phone; store results in custom fields or notes.

  5. Add follow-up

Tag by calculator, assign an owner and start an email sequence.

Security

Webhook URLs are secrets: anyone with the URL can post to it. Keep them out of shared documents, and rotate them in your CRM if exposed. Webhooks are never exposed in embed code or public configuration.
