8Features

Everything between a client's question
and your inbox

Eight features, each doing one job: put a trustworthy calculator on your site, make it look like yours, and deliver the request when a client wants help.

In short

What does NumbersForClients do?

It gives US accounting and advisory firms client-facing calculators to embed on their own websites. Clients run tax, retirement, investment and business estimates; firms can capture a request with the client's inputs and results, route it to their CRM, and present the whole thing under their own brand.

The point

Features serve one outcome: better first conversations

A calculator on its own is a nice page. A calculator that explains its terms, shows its sources, looks like your firm and sends you the client's numbers is a working part of your practice.

Each feature exists to make that hand-off cleaner: fewer discovery questions on the first call, fewer clients who misread an estimate, and no re-keying of leads.

FAQ

Questions firms ask

Showing 8 of 8
  • Do I need a developer to use these features?

No. Embeds are a single snippet pasted into any page builder that accepts HTML, and everything else is configured in the app.

  • Can I use some features without lead capture?

Yes. Lead capture is optional per calculator; many firms leave it off on client-portal pages.

  • Are features the same on monthly, yearly and lifetime billing?

Yes, billing period changes the price, not the features.

  • Can several team members use the app?

Yes: 1 seat on Practitioner, 5 on Firm and unlimited on Network.

  • Does the platform store client data?

Lead submissions are stored as contacts in your account. See security and privacy.

  • Can I export leads?

Leads can flow to your CRM by webhook on paid plans, and you can manage them in the built-in contact list.

  • Is there an API?

Webhooks push each lead as JSON. For other needs, contact us.

  • What's coming next?
