5 stepsHow it works

From sign-up
to the first request

Five steps, most of them one-time: choose calculators, make them yours, embed, switch on lead capture, and route requests to wherever your team works.

In short

How does NumbersForClients work?

You sign up, activate the calculators your clients ask about, set your colors and wording, and paste one snippet into your website. Clients run estimates on your pages; if lead capture is on, they can send you their inputs and results, which arrive in your contact list, your inbox and, on paid plans, your CRM by webhook.

The steps

Five steps, in order

  1. Choose your calculators

Start with the two or three questions you're asked most. The calculator library names the month each question peaks.

  2. Make them yours

Pick a theme, apply your colors and font, edit titles, labels and button text, and adapt the disclaimer.

  3. Embed with one snippet

Choose inline, framed, popup, floating or your own link, and paste the snippet. Platform guides cover each builder.

  4. Switch on lead capture

Decide which fields are required and where notifications go. Lead capture is off until you turn it on.

  5. Route and follow up

Add a webhook to your CRM, set a reply template, and review analytics monthly.

The hand-off

What happens on the client's side

A client arrives from search or your newsletter, runs the numbers and reads the definitions. Most leave with their answer, which is the point: fewer routine calls. Some press 'Ask our team to review this'.

That request carries their figures, so your first reply can be a scope and a fee rather than a list of questions.
